1. Our Platform

1.1 When you book accommodation with we are responsible for the Platform – but not the Travel Experience itself.

1.2 While we strive to provide accurate information on our Platform, we cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy as we rely on information from Service Providers. We are not liable for any errors, interruptions, or missing information. However, we are committed to promptly correcting any such issues within our capabilities.

1.3 It is important to note that our Platform does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any specific Service Provider or its products, services, facilities, vehicles, etc. We provide information and facilitate bookings, but the responsibility for the Travel Experience lies solely with the Service Provider.

1.4 We are not a party to the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and the Service Provider. Any contractual agreement or arrangement for the Travel Experience is solely between you and the Service Provider, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability in this regard.

1.5 In order to make a booking, you may be required to create an Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your information, including payment and contact details, is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the inability to access your Travel Experience(s). You are solely responsible for the security of your Account, and you should not disclose your username and password to anyone else.

1.6 We will display offers and information that are available to you, presented in what we believe is the appropriate language for your convenience. However, you have the option to switch to another language at any time.

1.7 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users of the Platform must be at least 18 years old to access and use our services

2. Our Rules

1.1 You agree to utilize our Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into contractual agreements.

1.3 You will utilize our Service in a lawful manner and in compliance with the Terms and Conditions outlined.

1.4 All information provided by you is accurate, current, complete, and truthful.

1.5 If you hold an account with us, you will safeguard your account information, be accountable for any use of your account by yourself or others

1.6 If you make a booking on behalf of others, you will obtain their explicit authorization before acting on their behalf. Also, you will inform them about the applicable terms governing the booking (including Rules and Restrictions) and ensure their agreement to such terms.

1.7 You are responsible for making timely payments, initiating any necessary changes or cancellations, and handling all other matters pertaining to the booking.

1.8 Additionally, you agree not to engage in any false or fraudulent bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or modify a hotel reservation. To ensure transparency and provide clarity to our valued customers, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

3.1 Free Cancellation Period: Guests are entitled to a free cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation. This applies to bookings made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3.2 Standard Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation request is made after the free cancellation period, the following conditions apply:

I. For bookings canceled between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, guests will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

II. For bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or in case of a no-show, guests will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total booking amount.

3.4 Non-Refundable Bookings: Some hotel rates or special promotions may be designated as "non-refundable" at the time of booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and the full booking amount will be charged regardless of the cancellation date or a no-show.

3.5 Refunds and Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed in the original form of payment used during the reservation. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Modification Policy:

4.1 If you wish to modify your reservation, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

4.2 Modification requests can be made free of charge within the free cancellation period. After that, any changes may be subject to additional charges based on the new reservation details.

4.3 We highly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policy for each hotel or rate type before making a reservation, as some properties may have individual policies that differ from the standard policy outlined above. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly through our hotel booking site. If you made your reservation through a third-party website or travel agent, please refer to their cancellation policy for further details.
