We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or modify a hotel reservation. To ensure transparency and provide clarity to our valued customers, we have developed the following cancellation policy:


1. Free Cancellation Period:

Guests are entitled to a free cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation. This applies to bookings made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.


2. Standard Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation request is made after the free cancellation period, the following conditions apply:

2.1 For bookings canceled between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, guests will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

2.2 For bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or in case of a no-show, guests will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total booking amount.


2.2 Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some hotel rates or special promotions may be designated as "non-refundable" at the time of booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and the full booking amount will be charged regardless of the cancellation date or a no-show.
